We are seeking an experienced social media and advertising expert to manage our
company’s social media presence and paid ad campaigns end-to-end across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and more. You will be responsible for developing data-driven social and paid strategies, managing content and community engagement, optimising paid ad performance, and driving conversions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms to support brand awareness, community growth, and engagement
  • Create, curate, and manage all social media content including original text, images, videos, and ads
  • Engage in social listening and monitor relevant conversations to identify opportunities to reach and connect with our audience
  • Oversee community management on social platforms, responding to comments and questions in a brand appropriate manner
  • Develop and optimize paid ad campaigns end-to-end, including budgeting, targeting, bidding strategies, ad creation, landing pages, and reporting
  • Continuously analyze campaign performance and implement optimization strategies to improve ROI
  • Track KPIs and analyse platform, community, and campaign analytics to inform future initiatives
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to maximize reach and conversion across social and paid campaigns
  • Stay on top of social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience managing social platforms, developing social strategies, and
    running paid ad campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of major social platforms as well as Google Ads, Facebook Ads
    Manager and other paid platforms
  • Proficiency with targeting, bid strategies, creative optimization, and analytics tools
  • Excellent analytical skills and data-driven approach to inform decisions
  • Great written and visual communication skills for diverse social audiences
  • Creative thinker who can develop innovative social and paid strategies
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to balance multiple initiatives
  • Passion for social media marketing and advertising with an eye for creating viral trends
  • Savvy relationship builder able to secure influencer partnerships and brand
    collaborations
