Will be Responsible for: Execution and management of contracts, customer on boarding and debt management.
Minimum Qualification, Experience and Competence: Full Grade 12 Certificate, Diploma in Sales or Marketing or any Business-related course, Manual Driver’s License with over two years’ experience, Member of the Zambia Institute of Marketing (ZIM) or any other relevant professional body with 2 years’ experience in a sales related function. Preferably in telecoms or FMCG industry. He/she should have sound knowledge of sales methods and tools, in depth knowledge of processes, services, products, and customer specifications, Knowledge of ICT Industry able to understands basic financial terminology, understand the principles of effective customer service processes and Ability to network and persuade.
