The Administrative Assistant serves as secretary to the Mission Controller in the Financial Management Office (FMO) of USAID/Zambia and as Administrative Assistant in FMO by performing administrative and voucher processing duties which include managing the Lusaka Invoice Inbox, uploading invoices to ASIST and record them into Phoenix. S/he serves as the E2 Travel Arranger for FMO travelers, and manages the day-to-day administrative operations of FMO, providing clerical and administrative support to two USDHs and 15 FSN professional staff.
