HESCO-Hardrich Engineering Services Company Limited is urgently looking for qualified candidates to fill up the position of Workshop Supervisor
1. WORKSHOP SUPERVISOR -MAZABUKA
REQUIREMENTS
Ability to operate various machine tools in workshop
Able to plan to properly plan the sequence of tasks and complete assignments on time
Must be a Mechanical Engineer, Technologist/Technician
Experience in hydraulics, machine shop and fabrication
A resident of Mazabuka/ ready to relocate to Mazabuka immediately
Able to comply with safety rules and regulations
Must be 30 years and above
At least 3 years of work experience in a busy workshop
Not less than 2 years experience in a management position
Able to work under minimum supervision
EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION
Minimum trade/craft certificate from a recognised institution
Ability to identify, perform maintenance and repairs
At least 30 years and above
Able to work under minimum supervision
