Our client in the Insurance sector, is seeking a talented and motivated Individual to join their team as a Branch Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- New business acquisition.
- Meeting branch business targets.
- Profitably oversee branch operations.
- Sustaining customer relationships.
- Establishing strong business relations with insurers
- Ensuring timely claims management process.
- Administration and staff management.
- And any other tasks related to the company’s growth.
Minimum Qualifications
- Diploma in Insurance and Pensions. Degree is an added advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in the insurance industry with experience in a management position.
- Experience in underwriting and insurance contracts.
- Risk management skills.
- Member of Insurance Institute of Zambia.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target driven.
- Flexible and adaptable.
- Sober-minded and good business etiquette.
- Must be based in Kitwe.
