Key Accounts Officer
The Zambian Business Times – ZBT, a specialized business multi-media company is offering career opportunities for young, energetic, qualified and ambitious individuals to join our Sales team at our head office in Lusaka.

Responsibilities:
- Building new corporate and SME client relationships
- Assist in managing key client accounts ensuring their needs are met.
- Handle Invoicing, billing and financial transactions related to key accounts.
- Collaborate with Sales Manager to optimize revenue and client success
- Generate reports on Account performance and propose strategic improvements
Requirements
- Proven experience (3+ years) as key accounts assistant or similar role within the media or related industry.
- Strong Organizational and communication skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Self-driven, attention to detail, flexible and quick learner
- Strong client focus and ability to develop client relationships
- Computer literate, ambitious and able to meet targets
- Diploma or Degree with a valid driver’s license an added advantage
