1. ROOMS DIVISION MANAGER (x1)

Overview:

As the Rooms Division Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our accommodations, ensuring seamless guest experiences and maintaining high standards of service. Your role encompasses managing housekeeping, front office, and reservations departments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or a related field
  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry relating to this role
  • Proficient in hotel management software and MS Office suite
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead the housekeeping, front office, and reservations teams
    Maintain quality standards for guest services and housekeeping
  • Implement effective strategies to maximize room occupancy and revenue

2. NIGHT AUDITOR (X1)

Overview:

As a Night Auditor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing nightly operations, including reconciling daily transactions, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and providing exceptional customer service during late hours.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or higher education in Accounting or a related field
  • Proven experience in the hospitality industry preferably  in a similar role
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication, leadership and customer service skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct night audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions and accounts
  • Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the night shift

Qualifications:

  • Grade 12 certificate or equivalent
  • Valid and clean Zambian/SADC driver’s license (Minimum Class C) with knowledge of automobile maintenance
  • At least 3 years of proven working experience as a Driver
  • Thorough understanding of SADC road traffic laws and regulations
  • Proficient in spoken and written English

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely transport guests, staff, and partners to and from designated locations, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant journey that reflects our commitment to hospitality.
  • Act as a vital point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and hospitable environment during their travels to and from our hotel.
