We are seeking two (2) diligent and proactive individuals to join our team as a Call Center Agent/Bike Riders. The role involves contacting clients who are in arrears on their payments via phone calls and delivering demand letters directly to their residences or business locations. The ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to handle potentially challenging conversations with empathy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Communication:

  • Initiate outbound calls to clients who are in arrears on their payments.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally to negotiate payment arrangements, explain consequences of continued arrears, and provide necessary assistance to resolve outstanding issues.

Demand Letter Delivery:

  • Responsible for physically delivering demand letters to clients’ residences or business locations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of demand letters while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain detailed records of all communications and interactions with clients in arrears.
  • Generate reports on client status, payment arrangements, and any other relevant metrics as required by management.

Compliance:

  • Adhere to all legal and regulatory requirements related to debt collection and client communication.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines at all times.

Customer Service:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their concerns and inquiries with patience and empathy.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to navigate potentially difficult conversations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Basic knowledge of debt collection practices and regulations (preferred but not required).
  • Ability to ride a motorcycle and navigate through designated areas efficiently.
  • Two (2) years Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Grade 12 Certificate
