Job Overview:
The Commercial Department represents the frontline of the organization. Managing and executing the sales and marketing facet of Limestone Resources limited. Our products feed in the mining, construction, manufacturing, and Agricultural industries locally and beyond. The Senior Product Application Advisor is a product expert position covering all the activities of marketing and the eventual sales of our product portfolio.
The Commercial Manager position is hierarchically linked to the Commercial Director. The marketing environment nevertheless requires active collaboration with other employees (e.g. Mining, Production, Finance Specialist, Supply teams, Product line managers, Communication etc.).
Accountabilities/Tasks
- Management of commercial Department
- Creation of Value Proposition and Product Knowledge Sharing.
- Data Analytic and Reporting
- Budget formulation and implementation.
- Contribution to Company transaction success.
- Strategy creation and execution.
- Development of subordinates.
- Customer relationship management
- Sales Marketing, and contract administration
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Grade 12 certificate with credits or better, including Mathematics and English.
- Degree or Equivalent in Business Studies.
- Master’s degree in marketing, Business Administration will be an added advantage.
- A result-driven and organized individual with prudent management of cash and electronic equipment.
- Valid Professional Membership
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Good computer knowledge.
- Able to work well as an individual as well as able to fit in well in a team.
- Sober-minded and Trustworthy individual.
- Should have at least 5 years’ work experience in a similar position, a complex business environment.
