Maintain and grow the Zanaco and Airtel super-Agent/agent business
Ensure that target is being reached and plan for increased revenue
Plan and develop expansion of outlets
Manage all tellers
Liaise with strategic customers

Interview and process applicants
Continuous evaluation of customers’ credit worthiness
Ensure disbursement and collection of funds on a daily basis
Maintain comprehensive records of customers
