Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated School Added Revenue Officer to join our team. This role will focus on developing and managing revenue-generating extracurricular activities that enhance the student experience while supporting the financial sustainability of the school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for extracurricular activities that generate additional revenue.
- Identify potential revenue streams through after-school programs, weekend workshops, holiday camps, and special events.
- Collaborate with faculty, staff, and external partners to design and execute engaging and educational extracurricular activities.
- Manage the budget for extracurricular activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.
- Promote extracurricular programs to students, parents, and the wider community to maximize participation and revenue.
- Monitor and evaluate the success of extracurricular activities, making adjustments as necessary to meet financial and educational goals.
- Ensure all extracurricular activities comply with school policies and safety standards.
- Prepare financial reports and provide regular updates to school leadership on revenue performance and projections.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing extracurricular programs or similar revenue-generating activities.
- Strong financial acumen and budget management skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of stakeholders.
- Outstanding communication and promotional skills.
- Passion for education and student development.
