As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for implementing effective sales and marketing strategies, developing relationships with clients, and maintaining brand awareness. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives
  • Identify potential clients and establish productive relationships to drive salesConduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences
  • Coordinate and attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to network and generate leads
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and customer needs
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel Management or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in sales and marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
