Stores Officer x02
Job Summary
The Stores Officer will be responsible for receiving, storing and issuing supplies and equipment for the day to day operations of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct periodic inventory stock stock count.
- Maintain clear and organized records to ensure all reports and invoices are filled and stored properly.
- Verifying all goods arrived as per the the agreed purchase, delivery note and agreed quantity has been received.
- Responsible for the day-to-day check on the storage facility for upkeep and hygiene.
- Responsible for storage of all stock.
- Ensuring the quantities requested match with quantity issued
- Conduct inventory audits to determine inventory levels and needs

- Well disciplined and punctual with time.
Qualifications: Education/Technical Skills and Experience:
- Diploma in Purchasing and supply with working Experience of not less than 2 years at similar level.
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Computer literate
- Cross-cultural sensitivity, flexible worldview, emotional maturity and physical fitness.
- Demonstrated capacity to function well in a team and contribute effectively to team efforts.
