Business Regulatory Review Agency (BRRA)

The Business Regulatory Review Agency (BRRA) is a Statutory Body under the Ministry of Commerce, Trade and Industry (MCTI). The Agency is mandated to review business regulations and develop interventions that are aimed at improving the business environment. In line with its mandate, BRRA implements programmes aimed at ensuring that policies, laws and regulations relating to business activity are sound, robust and of high quality.

The Agency therefore, invites applications from suitably qualified persons to fill the positions below:

PERSONAL ASSISTANT (1)

1. JOB PURPOSE:

To undertake secretarial and administrative duties in the office of the Executive Director to facilitate efficient and effective operations.

2. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

(a) Minimum primary/secondary education

Full Form V/Grade Twelve Certificate

(b) Minimum vocational/professional qualifications

Diploma in office management or its equivalent

ShorthandShorthand/Typing speed of 120/65wpm

(c) Minimum Relevant Pre-job experience

A minimum of 2 years work experience

(d) Communication skills

(i) Written Skills
Ability to write comprehensive reports.
(ii) Oral Skills
Able to communicate in English fluently.

(e) Other Skills/Attributes:
