The Company Seeks the Services of a Training Officer-Water Resource Management x 1
Job Purpose
The Responsibilities of this role will include but not limited to the following:
• Delivering training in Water Resources Management-Pump Operations and Pump Maintenance.
• Providing curriculum review support to ensure training meets customer requirements.
• Identifying needs and develop appropriate strategies to meet the expected training requirements.
• Ensuring adherence to all Mopani Health Safety and Environment standards and practices.
• Ensuring good housekeeping in area of responsibility.
• Working within the framework of Company policies, guidelines and procedures.
To be considered for this position, the candidate should meet the following minimum requirements:
• Grade 12 certificate.
• Technician / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Qualification in Water Management Engineering added advantage.
• Diploma in Teaching Methodology.
• Member of Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ).
• First Aid Certificate.
• Ability to efficiently organize both people and the workflow.
• High personal integrity and ability to work in a team.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Results oriented with a people-centric approach to interpersonal relationships.
• Two (2) years working experience in Water Resource Management.
The successful candidate must be result oriented and have the ability to work with own initiative, ability to understand scope of work, paying particular attention to Company policies and Corporate objectives.
