Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy and Planning:
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote solar energy solutions.
    • Identify and target potential customers through market research, networking, and lead generation.
  2. Customer Engagement:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their energy needs.
    • Conduct site assessments and recommend suitable solar solutions.
    • Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
  3. Negotiation and Closing:
    • Prepare and present customized proposals, including cost-benefit analyses.
    • Negotiate terms and conditions to close sales and meet revenue goals.
    • Ensure accurate contract documentation and compliance with company policies.
  4. Market Awareness:
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and technological advancements in solar energy.
    • Provide feedback to the product development team on customer requirements.
  5. Team Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with internal teams such as engineering, project management, and customer service to ensure seamless project execution.
    • Participate in sales meetings and provide regular reports on sales activity and performance.
  6. Post-Sales Support:
    • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and coordinating after-sales support.
    • Monitor project delivery timelines and provide updates to clients as needed

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Renewable Energy, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in solar energy sales or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of solar energy systems and related financial incentives.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets in a competitive environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
