VEHICLE SALES CONSULTANT
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide sales consultation
- Complete required vehicle sales paperwork
- Deliver vehicles
- Manage customer relationships
- Provide sales consultation
- Create a positive image of self and dealership
- Answer questions about all aspects of dealership or refer customer to appropriate employee
- Assess transportation needs
- Provide dealership/product information
- Record information on purchase worksheet or other system
- Determine if vehicle(s) are available (dealer bonded warehouse, or factory order)
- Consult on purchase
- Complete required vehicle sales paperwork
- Work with sales manager or business manager
- Process the paperwork according to dealership policies
- Deliver vehicles
- Communicate to appropriate department when vehicle needs to be prepped for delivery
- Advise customer of warranties
- Demonstrate vehicle operation
- Maintain a record of all customer contacts
- Schedule and perform regular contacts with previous customers
- Update customer order status
- Resolve customer concerns
