Duties

Staff Management: Supervise the Administration Department team, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and disciplinary actions.
Policy Implementation: Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain compliance and operational efficiency.
Goal Setting & Planning: Establish departmental goals, set deadlines, and monitor progress.
Coordination: Facilitate smooth communication and collaboration within the department and across teams.
Budget & Expense Management: Oversee budgets, monitor office expenses, and ensure cost-effective operations.
Procurement: Manage the purchasing of office supplies, equipment, and other administrative resources as needed.
Records Management: Maintain and organize company records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on departmental expenses, budgets, and operational performance.
Communication & Support: Clearly communicate job expectations, provide guidance, and support the team in achieving their objectives.
