RENWASOL is seeking a motivated call centre Agent who is eager to assist our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Responding to incoming emails and messages
- Handling Client complaints and requests
- Inbound call management
- Ensure that the quality of each interaction is in compliance with predefined quality parameters.
- Correctly identifying and tagging incoming calls
- Provide accurate information about our products and services during every call
Minimum Qualifications
- Grade 12 certificate
- Diploma or better in Business, Sales & Marketing, Customer Service or other business related courses
- Must be fluent in written and spoken ,languages such as English ,Lenje , Bemba and Nyanja
- Active listener with strong phone contact managing abilities
- Pays attention to detail and has willingness and desire to learn new ideas.
- Good problem-solving skills (solutions oriented).
- Motivated , enthusiastic, patient with customers and good telephone etiquette
Experience
- Two years or more working in a call centre or customer service office
