Purpose of the Role
- The purpose of the role is to collect, analyze, record and report the financial data of a company or an individual.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks, including data entry, processing invoices, and reconciling accounts.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with account principles and regulations.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide support and resolve any accounting related queries.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in accounting standards.
QUALIFICATION
- Diploma or better in accounting or related field, (ACCA, ZICA)
- Fully paid ZICA member
- Previous experience in financial accounting role will be added advantage.
- Experience in preparing corporate tax returns.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
