Panda Africa is a licensed micro-finance institution that was incorporated and registered as a limited company in 2016 under Cap 388 company’s Act of the Laws of Zambia.
Our mission is to make financing accessible and affordable across Africa and the mandate is to provide tailor made affordable loans with flexible repayments to enable customers meet urgent financial needs with ease. We believe credit should be easily accessible to people. Anyone should be able to borrow as long as they have the capacity and willingness to pay back.
JOB PURPOSE
- Manages all social media channels, campaigns, and company website to sustain an engaging audience experience and to increase audience satisfaction.
- Researches and analyses social media trends, including social media ad revenue and web visitor data, to improve social media presence and campaign efficacy.
- Prepares notices, agenda and supporting documentation for meetings conducted by the Executive Director.
- Prepares and follows up resolutions of meetings chaired by the CEO/CHAIRMAN.
- Maintains a record of files for matters in progress and expedites their completion by making follow ups on the pending works.
- Collects background information and documentation on issues addressed to the Ceo to aid effective decision making.
Ensures the availability of speeches, briefs and statements for the Ceo/Chairman. - Works with various company departments to promote overall brand through social media channels
- Assist in the implementation of marketing campaigns and plans to promote content, particularly online via social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn).
- Oversees all company social media accounts management
Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand focused messages
Audits and analyses social media presences, including digital advertising costs and returns - Exercise discretion in arranging appointments and maintaining the calendar for the Executive Director.
- Records and informs the Executive Director on all scheduled appointments/meetings.
- Interacting with our audience and growing our online community
Analyses social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement - Oversee the functionality of the website, evaluate and manage website performance, facilitate hosting and server management, develop, maintain and update website content
- Prepares correspondence including reports, letters, memos, meeting agendas and minutes
- Ensures proper record keeping of Memorandum of Understanding, correspondences and all documentation in the Office of the Ceo/Chairman by maintaining a filling and indexing system that guides the coding, storage, retrieval, retention and destruction of records.
Arranges travel itineraries, including airline, hotel reservations, and other related activities for the Ceo/Chairman. - The credible candidate should be able to maintain high levels of confidentiality
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors Degree in Marketing or any business course,
Minimum of five (1) years’ experience supporting Chief Executives Office
Knowledge of Social Media Platforms, Web Proficiency, Advertising, Content Creation, Graphics designing, Brand Marketing Experience, Proof Reading and Editing Skills,
Interpersonal Skills, Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills, Customer Service Skills
