HOPE worldwide Zambia programs are community based. Our Vision Statement is “Bringing hope. Changing lives”.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT INTERNSHIP

Expected Duties:

Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Scheduling meetings, Minute taking
Reception duties, scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
Carrying out administrative/office duties
Conducting professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
Supporting management team by performing tasks to enhance productivity in the office.
Maintaining office equipment
Procurement of office stationery and other equipment for the smooth running of the organization
Preparing financial requisition documents

IT Duties

  • Drafting newsletters
  • Creating content for the website and social media platforms (Facebook and Twitter).

Other Support Services

  • Data entry of various programs as assigned

Work Hours and Conditions

You will be required to work 3 times a week.

Education and Experience Requirements

Minimum Diploma or equivalent is required.
Experience of administration work/experience
Knowledge of appropriate software package including: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Outlook and Adobe Acrobat will be an added advantage.

Please note: that this Internship volunteer program is only valid for 3 months.
