We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office tools, comfortable using the internet, and possess excellent research skills. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently and support various administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and organize office files, documents, and records.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Conduct internet research to gather relevant information and data as required.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute them.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable using the internet for research and information gathering.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus.
