Position: Administrative Assistant
Reports To: Administration Manager/ Insurance Membership
Principal Responsibilities
The administrative assistant will be responsible in performing duties under administration and insurance department by performing duties related to various insurance and claims.
Required Qualifications, skills and experience
a. Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Diploma in Business Administration
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word) A MUST
- Attention to detail
- Strong ability to multi-task
- Experience in Unimed, E-nhima and Apace system an Added advantage
b. Experience:
- At least (2) two years’ work experience
- Experience in different insurance claims in a hospital setting is a PLUS.
c. Skills & Competences
- High level of Confidentiality,
- Ability to learn new skills promptly
- Reliability
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Willing to collaborate with team members.
