Job Title: Administrative Officer

Reports To: Human Resource Manager

Job Overview: This position is a huge supportive role to the entire company. The ideal candidate will be in charge of managing daily office operations, maintaining confidential records, overseeing office supplies and providing essential HR support

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Organize and maintain general filing system for important and confidential company documents/records, update office policies as needed, create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data. This also entails maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality.
  • Perform general office duties such scanning, photocopying.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to address office needs and repairs.
  • Prepare reports and purchase orders.
  • Ensure a well-organized work environment.
  • Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and processing applications; as well as onboarding and off-boarding of employees.
  • Assist with bookkeeping and payroll activities.
  • Schedule in-house and external company events including trainings in liaison with HR.
  • Assist with administration and employee leave management.
  • Provide administrative support to various Departments in the organisation.
