Job Summary
The main purpose of the job is to assist with various administrative tasks, maintaining employee records and helping with recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Proper management of piece workers to ensure adherence with labor laws.
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
- Compile and update all employee records.
- Handle complaints and grievances.

Qualifications: Education/Technical Skills and Experience:
- Diploma in human resources management with working Experience of not less than 1 year at similar level.
- Member of the Institute of Human Resources Management
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Must know labor laws
- Computer literate.
- Good understanding of HR Procedures
- Cross-cultural sensitivity, flexible worldview, emotional maturity and physical fitness.
- Demonstrated capacity to function well in a team and contribute effectively to team efforts.
