Job Description:

Farmfeed Limited, a leading stock feed manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced Assistant Sales and Customer Service Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and customer service, as well as experience in the agriculture industry. The Assistant Sales and Customer Service Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team and customer service team in developing and implementing sales strategies, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.


  • Manage the sales team and ensure that sales targets are met
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
  • Analyze market trends and provide feedback to management
  • Participate in the development of marketing materials and campaigns
  • Provide training and support to the sales team


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
  • Must be a member of the Zambia Institute of Marketing
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a management position
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
