Job Overview

The Brand and campaign Specialist at ENGIE will play a pivotal role in executing our marketing strategies to enhance our brand’s visibility, engage with our target audience, and drive the adoption of sustainable energy solutions. This individual will bring innovative ideas and a data-driven approach to promote our products and services, ultimately contributing to our mission of accelerating the transition to a carbon-neutral economy

 

Key Responsibilities 

Strategy Execution:

Implement and monitor marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring they align with our brand’s mission and goals.

Content Creation:

Produce engaging, informative content for various platforms (social media, websites, newsletters) that reflects our brand’s voice and appeals to our target audience.

Market Research:

Conduct research to identify market trends, customer needs, and new opportunities to increase brand awareness and product uptake.

Data Analysis:

Analyze campaign results and consumer behavior to report on effectiveness and recommend data-driven adjustments to strategies.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the sales team, product development, and external partners to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives and market needs.

Event Management:

Organize and participate in events such as webinars, conferences, and community engagements to promote ENGIE’s products and services.

Budget Management:

Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources to achieve campaign goals.

 

Knowledge and Skills

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a marketing role, preferably in the energy sector or a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies, digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and content management systems.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software).
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Good To Have

  • Experience with SEO/SEM and Google Ads.
  • Familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to oversee or guide creative processes.
  • Knowledge of sustainable energy solutions and industry trends.
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Required qualifications
