BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
An ICT company based in kitwe is looking to hire an enthusiastic, energetic and ambitious Business development Executive to join our sales team and build a strong portfolio of clients.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients
- Generate new business opportunities by meeting potential clients to understand their needs and providing relevant solutions
- Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities
- Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients
- Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets
Key Requirements
- A diploma/degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field IT qualification a plus.
- A strong track record of success within sales, ideally within the IT industry.
- Highly goal oriented and possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- A strong experience in consultative sales and possess the ability to prospect and manage senior-level relationships.
