Position Overview:

IO Technologies Limited is seeking a proactive and innovative Client Success and Revenue Growth Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring our clients are consistently satisfied with our services while actively driving revenue growth through client retention and expansion. The ideal candidate will embody initiative, accountability, and continuous improvement, with the ability to contribute fresh ideas to elevate the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Engagement and Satisfaction:
    • Regularly contact clients to ensure they are enjoying our services.
    • Address client queries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
    • Solicit feedback from clients to identify opportunities for service improvement.
  2. Account Management:
    • Maintain up-to-date client accounts, including subscription payment tracking and follow-ups.
    • Ensure timely renewal of subscriptions and identify potential account risks or opportunities.
    • Provide basic bookkeeping support related to client accounts.
  3. Business Growth:
    • Leverage existing contacts and client relationships to generate new business.
    • Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities for our IoT services.
    • Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed revenue growth targets.
  4. Communication and Collaboration:
    • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure issues are escalated and resolved efficiently.
    • Regularly update company leadership on client satisfaction metrics and revenue trends.
  5. Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Use data analytical skills to generate insights into client behavior and identify areas for improvement.
    • Monitor client usage patterns to recommend tailored solutions and strategies.
  6. Continuous Improvement:
    • Proactively suggest and implement service enhancements to improve the overall client experience.
    • Stay informed on industry trends and competitive offerings to keep IO Technologies at the forefront of innovation.

Requirements:

  • Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to work independently and take ownership.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused attitude.
  • Basic bookkeeping knowledge and familiarity with subscription payment systems.
  • Proven ability to generate business growth through client engagement and networking.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Experience in IoT or a related technology field is an added advantage.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and client account management tools.
  • Data analytical tools experience (e.g., Excel, Tableau, or Power BI).
