Our client in Zambia, Lusaka is looking for a Clubhouse Manager to join their team for a job vacancy within the Hospitality industry.
- Plan and coordinate clubhouse activities
- Supervise and train staff
- Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for guests
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Maintain the clubhouse facilities and equipment
- Develop and manage a budget
- Address customer service issues
- Organize and promote events
Requirements:
- Qualification in hospitality or similiar
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Preferably has worked in a 5 star hotel
