Our client is currently seeking to hire a commercial sales officer
- Planning and directing the company’s marketing efforts to ensure brand exposure in target markets
- Evaluating the performance of salespeople and making hiring decisions based on their results
- Preparing budgets, cost estimates, and other financial documents to support proposed projects
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote products or services
- Identifying potential clients by contacting companies directly or through trade associations to introduce new products or services or gain new customers
- Conducting training programs to help employees develop the skills they need to succeed in their jobs
- Reviewing sales reports to monitor progress towards goals and identify areas for improvement
- Designing and implementing incentive programs to encourage good performance and increase sales
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring outstanding service delivery
- Oversee administrative tasks related to commercial operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as business administration or marketing etc
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office suite (Excel, Access and Outlook).
Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Tender preparation.
- Familiarity material sourcing and supply.
