Brolichi Creation Enterprise Limited is a dynamic and growing company specializing in the supply of general building materials, transport services, importation of motor vehicles, and customs clearing and forwarding services. We are seeking a dedicated and organized General Secretary to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the office. Handle correspondence, emails, and telephone inquiries professionally. Maintain and organize company records, files, and documentation. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Provide administrative support to management and other departments. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and office memos. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information. Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications and Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as a secretary or in a similar administrative role. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality. Knowledge of the building materials, transport, or customs clearing industries is an added advantage.
