Our client in Zambia, Lusaka is looking for a Conference & Events Manager to join their team for a job vacancy within the Hospitality industry.
- Overseeing the planning and execution of conferences, meetings, and other events
- Managing the financial aspects of an event such as securing sponsorships, negotiating prices with vendors, and planning budgets
- Coordinating travel arrangements for speakers, attendees, and event staff, including arranging for flights, booking hotels, renting vehicles, etc.
- Finding and booking venues
- Liaising with clients and suppliers
- Handling logistics
Requirements:
- Qualification in Hospitality or similiar
- Minimum of 5 years experience
- Preferably has worked in a 5 star hotel
