Job Description: Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Project Manager to join Rivuuz. We are a tech startup providing an end-to-end agency construction management experience to residential homebuilders. As a Construction Project Manager, your primary role will be to assist with the technical construction aspects of the sales and customer success processes.

Job responsibilities:

Technical Sales Support:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise during client meetings and presentations.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of clients’ construction requirements, ensuring alignment with our platform’s capabilities.
  • Offer guidance and recommendations on the most suitable construction subcontractors for specific projects.
  • Prepare and deliver technical proposals and project plans tailored to clients’ needs.
  • Address any technical concerns or questions raised by potential clients to facilitate successful sales conversions.

Customer Success Management:

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients during the implementation and execution of construction projects.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout the construction process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as operations and engineering, to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings with clients, providing updates on progress and addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards, proactively identifying and resolving any potential risks or obstacles.

Technical Expertise and Training:

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, construction best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to our platform.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our platform’s technical capabilities and features, enabling effective communication and support for clients.
  • Collaborate with then sales, marketing and product development team members to provide valuable insights and suggestions for continuous improvement of our platform and customer experience.

You are a great fit if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2 to 4yrs experience in construction project management, preferably in residential construction.
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction processes, materials, and industry standards.
  • Familiarity with construction subcontractors and their specialties.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
