Description:
To provide conveyancing services to ZCCM- IH, with particular focus on matching of property on the ground and appropriate documentation to ensure the conclusion of transfer of all legacy matters pursuant to the privatisation of the of the company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.1 Carry out desktop verification to build a database of the total number of properties.
1.2 .
1.3 Coordinate and manage the issuance of Certificates of Titles to rightful Purchasers as part of concluding the conveyance process.
1.4 Maintain organized and up-to-date files and records for each property transaction, including all relevant legal documents and relevant maps.
1.5 Match survey diagrams and common leasehold titles to ensure accuracy in the information.
Any other responsibilities as assigned to you from time to time.
Requirements:
Qualifications
Grade Twelve or Equivalent with Credits or Better in Five Subjects, Mathematics and English Included
