Job Purpose
The Corporate Key Account Coordinator will be responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate clients and driving sales growth. Identify new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, and develop customized sales strategies to meet client needs. Develop strategic relationships with key accounts to drive commitment to products to increase revenue.
Summary of Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients
- Identify new business opportunities and prospects within the corporate sector
- Create and deliver customized sales presentations to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of services
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Track and report on sales performance and revenue growth
- Working with the Merchandisers and Brand Ambassadors to develop a robust pipeline of high-quality prospects, demand generation and effectively communicate, report, track and manage sales pipelines.
- Developing & deploying business propositions that will convert to revenue.
- Organize and prioritize prearranged meeting schedule with existing and new accounts;
- Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans;
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Identify market opportunities and target prospects through market research and analysis
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with clients
- Provide coaching and guidance to sales team
- Stay updated on industry developments and best practices

Primary Areas of Accountability:
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration or related field
- Must have a minimum of 3+ years of Corporate Sales in the service sector
- Experience building out a territory and creating new business opportunities
- Must have experience in Corporate Key Account Management
- Demonstrate top-notch communication and negotiation skills.
- Should be proactive in addressing the needs of clients and manage the sales process from start to finish.
- Ability to communicate with customers in a clear, memorable, and inspirational way;
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Must be a member of ZIM
