Position Summary:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Creative Team Member to join our design department. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in graphic design, motion graphics, and web design, with a passion for visual storytelling. This role will contribute to various creative projects that align with our clients’ goals and BNOP Media’s high standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and Content Creation: Develop engaging visual content, including graphics, animations, and web layouts, that captures the essence of our clients’ brands.

2. Motion Graphics: Produce eye-catching motion graphics and animations for social media, websites, and digital ads.

3. Website Design: Create user-friendly and visually appealing website designs using platforms like WordPress and Wix Studio.

4. Project Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team and other departments to produce cohesive marketing content for multiple platforms.

5. Brand Consistency: Ensure all design assets adhere to client brand guidelines and BNOP’s quality standards.

6. Creative Input: Participate in brainstorming sessions and offer creative solutions to meet project needs.

7. Industry Awareness: Stay up-to-date with design trends, new tools, and innovative techniques to bring fresh ideas to the team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Web Design, or a related field.

Proven experience in graphic and web design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in visual and motion graphics.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign) and web design platforms like WordPress and Wix Studio.

Strong understanding of design principles, including color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects with attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.

A proactive attitude, creativity, and eagerness to learn and adapt.
