Carern Farms is a crop and animal farming enterprise with farms in Lusaka and Mkushi.
We are seeking the services of a crop farming supervisor to conduct our field farming of crops and vegetables.
Duties:
- Supervising of permanent and temporary field hands/workers
- Creating field calendars and workflows
- Ensure the meeting of targets and deadlines
- All other duties as may be required by the manager for field success.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 certificate
- Experience in crop and vegetable farming
- Good reading and writing skills
- A Certificate in Agriculture is an advantage
Reporting:
The farm supervisor reports to the Manager.
