CUSTOMER CARE OFFICERS – ZAMHATCH (2)
The Required Skills for this Role Include:
- Ensuring that money for a day’s sales has been banked.
- Receiving complaints from farmers/customers if any and report to the Doctors.
- Advising the farmers/customers on how to rear our day-old chicks once a booking has been made and collection date given to the farmer.
- Distributing the chicks to the farmer on the day the farmer was advised to collect chicks.
- Visiting the farmer who may have challenges with their chicks if the problem is not beyond the CCO and advise them accordingly.
- Communicating with the farmer in case there is any change in delivery date.
The Required Qualifications are:
- Grade 12
- Broiler Management
- Certificate in General Agriculture
- 1 year experience
- Computer literate
The Required Attributes Include:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Assertive character
