We are looking to hire Customer Relationship Associates within our firm who will be responsible for fostering and nurturing positive relationships with clients. Your primary objective will be to drive revenue and bottom – line value by ensuring client satisfaction, promoting client retention, and maximizing business opportunities. By providing exceptional service and understanding clients’ insurance needs, you will contribute to the growth and success of our firm.
- Maintain an awareness of company products/services and relevant sales techniques to ensure that sales of the whole organization are carried out as effectively as possible.
- Achieve required sales profitability, growth and expansion in the market by efficiently selling company’s products and/or related services.
- Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell additional insurance products or services to existing clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by serving as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and providing timely solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including insurance brokers, underwriters, and claims specialists, to deliver comprehensive client service.
- Conduct regular client assessments to understand their insurance requirements, identify coverage gaps, and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about insurance policies, coverage options, and industry regulations to clients.
- Facilitate the insurance application process, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and submitted accurately and efficiently.
- Assist clients in managing and resolving insurance claims, advocating on their behalf to ensure a fair and timely claims settlement.
- Monitor client satisfaction levels and implement strategies to enhance the overall client experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes that impact the insurance brokerage sector.
- Prepare reports and analyze data related to client interactions, sales performance, and client retention rates.
- Diploma in business, Insurance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- A degree will be an added advantage
- Proven experience in a client-facing role within the insurance industry.
- Solid knowledge of insurance products, policies, and industry practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle client concerns effectively.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools to manage client relationships.
- Familiarity with sales techniques and the ability to identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
