The role is responsible for capturing CIT data from various sources and entering it into relevant databases in a timely and accurate manner.
Responsibilities
- Capture data from available records into the required formats, such as databases, tables, and spreadsheets.
- Verify and query missing data and errors.
- Ensure that all data is entered accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Identify and correct errors and bring them to the attention of relevant parties where necessary.
- Scan through information to identify pertinent data.
- Provide support to other staff members as needed.
Qualifications/Experience
- Full Grade 12 Certificate
- Minimum Diploma in relevant field
- Proven working experience as a data capturer or in a similar role.
- Excellent Excel Skills
- Strong knowledge of computer software and databases.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
