Deployment Officers at Armaguard Security Limited

 DEPLOYMENT OFFICERS

Successful candidates will be responsible for the duties below;

• To ensure that guards all guards are deployed at the location on time.
• Conduct briefing each morning or evening to all security personnel deployed at the site under your supervision.
• To ensure guards deployed are sober.
• To check on guards daily and ensure that guards are on posts at all times and are conducting patrols as required and not grouping while on site.
• To ensure that guards keep the surroundings at place of work neat and clean at all times.
• Ensure to communicate to Ops admin office any complaint or concerns raised by client at such a particular site.
• To ensure that the location has all equipment working properly – CUGs, short buttons etc.
• Report all uniform requirements needed based on the status the officers at the location under your supervision.
• To ensure that the location has all equipment working properly – CUGs, short buttons etc.
• To ensure that guards are alert all the time at the locations.
• To reorient guards on importance of patrols and also SOPs while at the location.
• To ensure that guards are performing well while on the posts and highlight all problematic guards.
• To ensure that all guards complaints are noted and communicated to the relevant department.
• Any other duties as may be assigned by management or your supervisors from time to time.

Qualifications & Experience

• Full Grade 12 certificate with five credits
• Certificate/Diploma in Security Management or in any relevant field with at 1 year experience in a relevant role.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively
• Excellent attention to detail
• Time management skills
• Team-working skills
• Ability to work under pressure
