ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City. ICAP is seeking highly qualified candidates to serve as District Monitoring and Evaluation Managers. The positions will be based in Western and North-Western Provinces of Zambia. The candidates should be able to fill the position by 1st October 2024.

The incumbent will possess a minimum of a full grade 12 certificate, degree in Demography, Statistics, Mathematics or Epidemiology or related field, should possess minimum of  5 years of relevant experience working in M&E in the health sector in Zambia, experience working with Microsoft PowerPoint for graphical presentation, experience in the use of SmartCare (Electronic information system), minimum of 3-5 years of M&E mentorship experience in HIV programs required, strong data management and analysis skills are required, experience in database maintenance including DHIS2 and should be ready to carry out domestic travels of a minimum of 30-40% of the time
