Documents Supervisor – Warehouse Department
Document Specialist – Warehouse Department
1. Documents Supervisor – Warehouse Department
Job Description:
As the Documents Supervisor, you will oversee the documentation and record-keeping processes for the warehouse, ensuring the smooth operation and accuracy of all inventory. This role requires strong leadership, in-depth accounting knowledge, proficiency in Excel and SAP, and the ability to manage a team of specialists.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the Document Specialist and other team members, ensuring the accuracy and organization of all inventory.
- Implement and maintain documentation procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure that inventory records are up to date and properly documented.
- Review and validate all documents related to stock, shipments, and inventory transactions.
- Develop and generate reports on inventory data for upper management.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure document integrity and accuracy.
- Ensure proper filing and record-keeping in accordance with company and legal requirements.
- Handle escalated issues related to documentation and discrepancies in inventory records.
Requirements:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role, with strong leadership and team management skills.
- Extensive experience in Excel, SAP, and inventory management systems.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles related to inventory and warehouse operations.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
2. Document Specialist – Warehouse Department
Job Description:
The Document Specialist is responsible for maintaining and organizing the warehouse’s inventory and financial documents. This role requires proficiency in Excel and SAP, a solid understanding of accounting, and attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update digital and physical records of stock and deliveries.
- Use Excel to track inventory levels, generate reports, and perform analysis.
- Manage inventory and physical records using SAP.
- Ensure all inventory-related documents (e.g., purchase orders, invoices) are correctly filed and compliant with Warehouse standards.
- Perform regular reconciliations of inventory data.
- Assist with generating reports on inventory turnover and other key metrics.
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate stock counts and timely document updates.
Requirements:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance,Business Administartion or related field.
- Strong knowledge of Excel and SAP.
- Understanding of accounting principles related to inventory management.
- Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and handle confidential information.
