EHS Systems & Fleet Associate

Reporting to the EHS Manager, the EHS Systems & Fleet Associate will provide support related to EHS digital systems and applications linked but not limited to, Telematics, Dash-cameras, databases and analytics on safety observation and other KPI dashboards by collaborating with other key roles.

Position:

The position is responsible for optimizing the use of EHS related monitoring tools to maintain digital systems and applications to achieve the following:

  • Rider / Driver Safety Performance monitoring standards through Telematics, Dashcams and other tools
  • Ensuring full availability and functioning of the EHS digital systems critical in trend analysis and incident investigations
  • Analysis and reporting of activity logs and records related to security systems, i.e. CCTV, access control and response alarms across JTI facilities
  • Strong collaboration with fleet team on tracking route/geofencing deviations, pool vehicle driver behaviours and fuel efficiency for the entire fleet
  • Consolidation and detailed analysis of building and fleet energy related trends
  • Perform administrative tasks related to the maintaining of EHS & security related databases, SharePoint, Purchases, Inventory and Integrated Management System (IMS) document control system

Requirements:

  • Degree in Information Systems & Technology or related studies
  • Diploma in Occupational Health, Safety & Environmental Studies is an added advantage
  • Minimum of 3 to 4 years’ experience as in a similar position.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to review and interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Power BI other relevant software applications.
