Summary Job Profile:

To carry out electrical installation and maintenance works to achieve high workmanship, productivity and cost effectiveness.

7.1.1 Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Diagnoses electrical faults on electrical fittings, equipment and systems and determines whether parts need to be repaired or replaced.
• Carries out corrective and preventive maintenance on domestic electrical systems, equipment and appliances.
• Carries out new installations/testing of electrical systems, equipment and appliances.
• Completes job cards for superior’s information and further action by recording all job done and materials used.
• Performs any other duties as assigned by the Manager from time to time.

KEY REQUIREMENTS QUALIFICATIONS

• Full grade 12 School Certificat.
• Diploma / Craft Certificate in Electrical Maintenance.
• 3 years’ experience as an electrician.
