Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design and execution of evaluation and research initiatives to assess project outcomes and impact.
• Analyze data and deliver actionable insights to enhance decision-making and strategy development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key learning opportunities and drive evidence-based improvements.
• Develop comprehensive reports and presentations for internal and external audiences.
• Stay ahead of the curve by incorporating innovative methodologies and tools in research and evaluation.
Location : Lusaka, Zambia
