We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Excel Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong proficiency in Excel and a proven track record of designing and managing inventory systems in a business setting, as well as experience in managing human resources and creating automated payslips using Excel.
Design and maintain inventory management systems using Excel to track and manage stock levels, orders, and deliveries.
Develop and implement efficient inventory control procedures to optimize inventory levels and minimize costs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement customized inventory solutions.
Utilize advanced Excel functions and formulas to automate inventory reporting and analysis.
Manage human resource data and create automated payslips using Excel.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations in all HR and payroll-related tasks.
Certificate/Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including complex formulas.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in designing and managing inventory systems in a business environment.
Experience in human resource management and payroll administration is highly desirable.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
