Job Overview: As an Executive Assistant and Company Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our executive team and ensuring the smooth operation of our company. You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks and will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of Citrine Limited.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the executive team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Assist in the preparation and organization of reports, presentations, and documents.
  • Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Oversee and manage office operations, ensuring efficiency and a well-organized work environment.
  • Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and improve overall company performance.
  • Handle incoming communications, both written and verbal, and respond in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by the executive team.


  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or office administrator.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to work.

Education and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
